URGENT: New Chick is DYING??? HELP!!

I recently introduced a new EE chick into the brooder box today, she's around 3 weeks old, and she seems sick!! I haven't seen her eat or drink, she always sleeps sprawled out like a puddle and is almost ALWAYS sleeping, her breathing seems really deep at times (almost like panting) What does this mean?? My main concern is her lack of appetite (at least from what I could see) and the manner in which she sleeps (really sprawled out and flat). Can anyone help!!??

This is really basic but have you checked the vent for pasty butt? All I have to offer, but if dehydrated it could be a thing.

I've checked for pasty butt, nothing!! I'm freaking out!! She's such an angel and I can't bear to lose her

Is her Poop yellow? Did you introduce her to younger/older chicks?

I haven't payed much attention to her poop, but as far as I'm concerned, it's normal! The other chick is almost exactly the same age as her.

Yes, we took her outside for a few minutes

Yes the outside thing potential issue isn't it if the ambient temps are under 75-80Farenheit? I don't see a geographical location for OP.

It was pretty warm today, 78-83 degrees outside

But the sick chicken is laying around like a pancacke you say and not being kept warm by your broody? What kind of temps is it experiencing now just from curiosity.
