Urgent, please help. My duck has an egg and insides hanging out her vent

you need to find the opening to where the egg exits the shell gland and enters the area just before the vent.

The only thing I can add is this video - it has helped a few folks with similar problems.
I do know the person in the video ended up cutting a bit of tissue, I would not do that unless there's no other way.

Keep working and see if you can find the opening. Monitor your girl and give her a few breaks if she's stressed. I don't mean to sound dire, but this can be urgent. Keep the tissue moist if you do need to take a break - use whatever lube you have.

It’s soft and squidgy but has a mass still when pressed if that makes sense?

I don't have any experience exactly like this but is this a time when a dose of calcium gluconate might help?

I thought the OP said it has hard.
