URGENT!!!!!PLEASE HELP!!SICK ROOSTER!!

Hi yesterday I saw my rooster was looking down then i saw that his one leg is sore.Last night I moved him to a private location away from the other chickens i gave him some antibiotics last night.This morning he can't move his legs and doesn't want to eat.He is part of stock that I bought last year.Two of the hens that came with him have already died in the past three weeks.What can I do please help!!

Couple of questions, did the other 2 have the same symptoms? For how long? Is anything different in their environment?

Yes they started having the same symptoms and then the next day they died but the roo is still alive but he doesn;t want to eat anything.(

No nothing is different in the eviroment its just winter now

I just fed my other chickens he was still alive but when I got back he had just died

his comb was blue and his head was lifeless anyone plase tell me what was wrong with him he died within 24 hours from when first he started showing symptoms.

I know how hard that can be!
From how fast it develops it sounds like a toxin to me. (though I certainly can't rule out an a-typical Mareks onset) What diet were you feeding them?

they get corn feed with layer pellets and they free range every day

Was there any way they got ahold of some freon or antifreeze from vehicles or ac leakage? My grandmother had a pet roo die that way... She had a leak in her radiator and didn't realize it the roo started swelling turned blue then died!

maybe some ac leakage but nothing else...and if it was a snake they eould have died quicker i think because we have a cape cobra in our garden.

I'm sorry you lost him. Can you contact who you bought them from and find out if they were vaccinated for Mareks? It sounds like Mareks with them all have the leg paralysis. Some chickens can survive and become immune but others aren't strong enough. I'm really sorry.
