Our mallards have started to hatch around day 25. One of them is pipping and the eggs is rocking, but it's been 24 hours and he's made no progress. The membrane seems awfully tough. We maintained 65-70% humidity and raised it to 80% around day 23. I misted the eggs tonight because the membrane that was visible seemed dry after 24 hours.
This is our first batch of eggs and we're either incompetent or paranoid. Not sure.
