URGENT safe to free chicks head?

Hi I know there is guidance on assisted hatching in the forums but does this chick look like it can be assisted to hatch by bringing the head out? Not sure if the blood vessels look inactive enough. Appears to be breathing quite heavy so want to make sure there isnt a lot of pressure on the neck

It is quite a large chick so I cant see the yolk
