This morning I went to let out the chickens and noticed my RIR looking very sick and fatigued, I picked her up and noticed she isn't as alert and concerned about me approaching her. I found her crop to be bloated and spongy but very sparse, as if empty or full of air. I can feel the long bone that goes along their underside which I never feel with her. Her eye lids are irregular and water was dripping from her mouth, then it started pouring. She seems stable, just very fatigued and weak but I don't see her getting better in time. Her legs have also strangely turned slightly orange. After a bit of research, we think it may be impacted crop, but I'd like to know from some chicken experts what you guys think.

thanks guys

Impacted crops are generally hard and lumpy. Sour crops are soft and spongy like a water balloon. They are treated differently. Both can cause a chicken to starve if not treated immediately.

From the mention of fluid dribbling from her mouth, I'd say your hen has sour crop which is a yeast infection, same yeast as women get in their vaginas, and you use the same medicine to treat your hen.
