Are you talking about science diet i/d

Thanks, you jogged my memory just enough, it's the canned a/d I was thinking about, but I just looked it up and it's over 40% protein, so I'm not sure if that's okay for birds. It's what I fed my liver failure cat that they surgically put a feeding tube in. It's very easy to syringe, just like the baby bird food is.

I am going to call the vet clinic and ask if they have anything on Quackers yet in a little while.
I will look around when u go to the store tonight. I was going to go get baby food but if I find something better than I will get that.

I've never fed cat kibble but Rose Comb Ryan feeds his Muscovy's puppy chow. I did buy it one time but I had to grind it so I didn't continue buying it but it's suppose to be good for adding extra protein.

It's all about the protein, 30% was what one vet recommended that I use, but baby bird food is the easiest to tube, so that's what I usually use even though it's only 22%.

Do you think they would sell the bird food at Walmart? What kind of cat food could I get from Walmart that would be good for her?

Calling the vet...
I looked on the Walmart web site and didn't see baby bird food listed.

They sell Eagle Pack cat kibble at Hollywood Feed. Is there one near you?

You could wet it up and mash it.

I have fed a bit of it to my ducks off and on for over three years.
