Are you aware of the Triplevac Vaccine that is put in the water? It might be better for you, but I cannot find where it is sold. In the link about the one you have, it says to give 0.5 ml into the muscle. In chickens, the best and safest muscle is the breast muscle just next to either side of the breast bone, where the muscle is thickest. You can use a short needle, and only give it 1/4 inch deep.

This is the vaccine we bought it was in Mexico and since we asked what vaccine is needed for hens he showed us this one for cólera,coryza, and Newcastle and one more. We travelled in plane so we got here quickly we left it in a little cooler with the indicated temp so it stays good and haven’t opened it yet

Some people recorded and some said that some hens died when they gave some an injection through the breast. So is there anyway it could be given in the leg since it’s hard to find their breast muscle

Chickens can die if the injection is given too deep, or if they die of stress. You are welcome to try giving it in the leg, but I have only given the breast injection. Have you seen any disease in your flock so far? Most of us do not vaccinate our chickens for respiratory diseases. They can be brought in easily by buying birds from others. I get my chicks from hatcheries and keep a closed flock. That is the best way to prevent diseases. Good luck.
