Be aware that hydrogen peroxide will keep the wound from healing...initial cleaning in such an emergency was good, but don't keep using it. When I worked for my vet, we used peroxide to clean the skin after surgery, to get the blood off, but NEVER put it on the incision.

Perhaps bringing her indoors in a dog crate might help? Too bad there are no avian vets in your area. At least you are knowledgeable to put down the birds that have no chance.

I'd bring her in and give her lots of TLC. At least she will be close by and away from further fly infestation.
