urgent umbilical help needed

baby hatched yesterday, cord still attached. it seems huge to me and bloody and the chick is clearly distressed. what do i do?

I'm guessing its the yolk sac attached to the cord. I cleaned it all off..... She seems very lethargic but seems to have a lot of spunk left in her. I just don't know what to do for her. We're relatively new to chickens.

I'm going to set up a brooder for her and when i put her in ill snap a pic. right now shes on my chest under my hand.

I'm thinking its a burst yolk sac and not holding out much hope for the little sweetie

Maybe I should tie it off and snip it? and probably stop talking to myself as well
