First things first is to make sure your hens are safe and I see you have done that so good job. Next would be to contact your state Department of Natural Resources (https://www.mass.gov/orgs/department-of-fish-and-game) and tell them your situation. They are well equipped to transport the owl. Do not try it yourself as they can be dangerous. Keep us updated.
