Use of reactive oxygen species (ozone, hydrogen peroxide) for disinfection of hatching eggs

I found this article.

But as English is not my main language my understanding might not good enough.
Is that correct that Ozone is Not better way compared to H2O2 or other way ?

The article said that hatch rates were reduced when eggs were disinfected with ozone. Hatch rates were the same as control eggs when using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).

They concluded that H2O2 is effective for reducing bacteria and doesn't harm chicks.

Some people have reported H2O2 to have improved their hatch rates. Dirty eggs usually won't hatch. It's great to have something to clean them with that won't hurt the chicks. You can use eggs for hatching that you would normally consider too dirty for your incubator. If you are setting eggs from your own hens, then your hatch rate can increase simply because you are able to incubate more eggs.
