Used coop, OCD cleaning help needed!

Get an 8" drywall mud spat. That will make short work scraping things off the wood. You could use a 2 gallon garden sprayer to wet things down "a little bit" prior to cleaning or scraping. just a little water, not a lot, will soften things up and keep dust down. Go in, spray it all down, come back a half hour later and clean, repeat as needed to get through the crap. Once it is clean, change into disposable clothes, add a cup of bleach, and spray all surfaces.

You won't get everything, short of a nice warm fire and rebuilding it, so don't worry about that.

Add a few bales of pines shavings after everything has been cleaned out.

I'd love to have that much room.

I will 'third' the suggestion to wear a mask. Then shovel, scrape, powerwash and disinfect. Might want to add some battens to the gaps if your winters get very cold. Aside from that, nice coop!

Very cool to already have a coop that just needs a little TLC!!

You've been given good advice already. Two thoughts that popped into MY head: Wear a mask when you're working on it!!! And wolfandfinch's question about the cold. Looks like it could be quite drafty, so if you guys get cold weather you may want to do some shoring up work after you've cleaned.

Yea, it's got lots of spacing between boards, like the barn here, but they added 2x2 over the spaces that give it a cool look. Planing on covering it all up to the ceiling, leaving a few inches for air, like the current barn.
