I have two incubators just like this:

one is missing the humidity tray
One is missing one bolt, nut washer combo on the fan but it has the other 3 and holds in place well.
I have hard water so there are stains and some of the foam is chipped and scratched. They have been used very little but have mostly been stored. I just plugged them in and both turned on and the fans worked.
Also have the auto-turner like this one:

it has 6 quail trays and 4 chicken trays
I have it plugged in and its working
