User list

I know I'm not new, and I have used the user list before, but I have completely forgot how to find it. I told my friend about this site and she is called DocterWhoFan. I want to find her but I forgot how.

There isn't a "show all users" kind of list, but you can use the search tools to find users. A nice trick: go into the PM system and start a new PM and start typing the name of the person and you can see names start showing up!
