Uses for yolkless eggs?

Folks - I've got a collection of about a dozen of those tiny eggs that seem to be called wind or fart eggs. I've been reading, and it seems that some have yolks, but mine (I cracked open a few tonight) do not.

What do folks use these for? I had thought about frying up a few to give to our dogs, but the lack of yolk kinda weirded me out. Are they ok to eat? Any other particular use for them? Thanks -

You can eat yolkless eggs. I'm pretty sure they would be no different from a normal egg, just without the yolk. There are even people who can or will only eat whites!
And egg whites are pretty useful for some recipes too. :p
