Using Advantek The White Picket Fence Rabbit Hutch as a small coop.

I bought this little house off amazon super cute little thing but I am going to have to make big adjustments to it before adding my chickens. It looks to be just big enough for 3 small chickens. Here is my pictures of my little house put together this is just a pic of the house I did not add the porch to it because it took up too much room in the pen and was just for looks anyways. What do you all think of it? has anyone else used one before?

Can you return it? It's a rabbit hutch and much to small for chickens.

The standard requirements are 4 square feet per bird inside coop space, and 10 square feet per bird for outside run space.
Your house has about 5 or 6 sq ft
