Using Dirt From Under an Old Roost

We have a coop on the property that, after roughly thirty years, has been knocked down with plans to replace it. It served the family well since my childhood, but it was rotting. The last time there were chickens there was about two years ago. The coop was designed with a little room that was a floorless roost that allowed the droppings to fall directly onto the ground. There were times that the space under the roost was cleaned out and the manure composted, I believe, but I am not sure with what frequency. Regardless, there are certainly plenty of droppings that have aged/turned to dirt in that area.
I have not really used chicken manure in gardening, and I am unsure of its quality for how long it has aged. It really just looks like soft dirt there now. Should I mix it in with the existing soil in my garden? Spread it about? Is there likely to still be enough nutrients in the soil to make it beneficial?

Thank you for any guidance with this!
