Hello I have seen some people use egg cartons to hold there eggs while in the incubator. Is this alright to do and how would you turn the eggs. Im sure you put the fat end up so how do you turn them?

Im using the little giant to incubate not much room. If i tip one end up wont those eggs get hotter since being closer to the coil? If i do tip up how much should i tilt it? 45 degrees or can i go little less?

thanks for the help. My eggs kept rolling around so i laid them side ways on a carton instead of down in the carton. I will go ahead and set them down in the cartons with fat end up. I can fit more in there then as well. Im using a big flat carton. Just set eggs in there yesterday now i can fit more in there. Would it hurt to set more in there now or would it throw them off to much?

I see your point, people have used this method in little giants before though. as long as it's noticeably tilted, I don't think there is a set angle.
