Using humidifier to stop drying out

Late this afternoon, if the chick has not started to come out, I think I would at least take a bit more shell off (not the membrane), and see how it looks. IF the membrane is not bleeding, and/or seems semi dried out, I think I would pull the shell off about half way. If it's stuck, you can dampen it to unstick it.

It made it! I went and checked this morning and it hatched and looks ok from a distance. I will check later on once it is fluffy and moving around to make sure.

All seems to be good now. Chick is weak but healthy and mom has all her chicks back and is in her own enclosure in the run and looking very content

I like to add nutri drench to the waterers for a couple weeks, for the chicks. I just think they do better.
