Using kerosene heater to heat my coop?

Just so ya all know, the coop is made out of sheet metal. It's insulated, but the outside is an old barn roof, so I can't really cut any more holes in it...

To vent it properly for chickens, you're going to need to cut holes in the walls at the roofline. The window is poorly placed, in relation to the roosts, for it to be counted as ventilation.

Here's the coop

Let me explain what the coop looks like out of view of the picture - Dad wanted us to see the ladies when he sent it to us:
Below and to the right is the pop door. Running along the left wall are the nest boxes, and there are two windows at each end of the shelves where they sit. You can see a teensy bit of them next to the giant cabinet. There's also a window at each end of the roost, and both of them are closed right now.
There's a giant window up right below the ceiling - that's the one that the sparrows and the snow are getting in through.

Need to see a pic of the outside.......bet there's not enough roof overhang to effectually use soffit ventilation without weather infiltration.

Louvered vents might be a good option.

Agrees tho, you probably going to need to cut some more holes.

There's a big overhang on the front... the back window has like, two inches though

We could just crack the front window; it's the same as the one in back.
