Using PICs from internet sites

I'm going to post some Welsummer roos on craiglist and was wondering if anyone knows if it is ok to use a pic from the internet. I will post actual pics of the ones I have for sale but would like to show what they will look like as adults too.

If they are copyrighted pictures then yes you could get into trouble without permisson from the owner of the pictures. Best thing to do is post a link from feathersite of the Welsummers.
 
Yes, agree with above poster, also I would mention that the pics posted are NOT of your birds, but to show what they look like as adults so there isn't any confusion.
 
Thanks. i was planning on making it clear that the adult pics were not my birds.
