Fayoumi x Easter Egger cross

If I cross my bantam easter egger roosters with Egytian Fayoumi hens will the offspring inherit the disease resistance of the Fayoumi? What color eggs will the offspring lay?

The chicks from crossing an Easter egger and a Fayoumi would lay both. Easter eggers are hybrids and don't breed true.

The chicks should have better resistance to disease yes.

From what I have read, the first generation (F1) has "hybrid vigor" and is stronger typically than either breed (though EE is a mix anyway.) but by F2 this fades. I was reading something interesting about crossing CornishX (which don't breed true because they are a mix) with other breeds and someone was saying that the white color was dominant all the way down to F4 but that by F2 the body heft was pretty much your average heritage rather than the Cornish cross three bowling balls in a feather boa.
