Due to a diet change we have an excessive amount of pure almond flour and coconut flour that we cannot eat and cannot donate because it was purchased in bulk bags and dumped into gamma buckets without packaging. It's also a ton of money we wouldn't relish just giving up. Are either/both of these safe to give chickens? I'll happily bake them into something first if raw is not on.

How old is it? It will have been losing nutrients and oxidizing since it was ground into flour. That apart, almond kernels are about 22% protein, and have some useful micronutrients (see https://www.feedipedia.org/node/11757 )
but poultry dislike eating powders, so you'll need to mix it with something till it resembles breadcrumbs (a little milk, for example).

Don't know anything about coconut flour.

I think if they're safe for humans, they'll be safe for chickens. Raw or baked into a cake is both fine, just feed it as a treat so little portions every day rather than a big portion once a week.
