It has roo coloring, hackle and saddle feathers and spurs. Does it crow? If it lays eggs and crows maybe it's a hermaphrodite. Seriously though..that is a rooster. If it has hens in the enclosure with it it's most likely one of the hens that produced the egg. Best way to see if it's laying eggs is to isolate it in a nesting box or enclosure alone for a day.
 
you would need to do that for at least a week, being moved would disturb a hens laying cycle and even the best layers don't lay every single day

I will also just add that even at that it is not definite and that almost definitely a cockerel
