Hey all you Utah people! I have an adorable 5 week old EE Roo that needs a good home! I'll post pics later, need to go out and finish the coop! Let's hope the weather holds for another few hours!!! I'm just asking 5 bucks and he's a handsome guy ans SUPER sweet, white with reddish/brown and spots of black/grey...It almost looks like some feathers are laced. Ok, here is last weeks pic! I'll post NEWER pics soon!

Cute!!! I totally ohh'ed and ahh'ed over it - and your girls are so pretty! We don't have anything fancy, just a tractor so we wont be entering but we do plan on going to both tours!

Feeling kind down & discouraged today - we had 2 weeks of no problems & now we've lost two chicks in a 3 day span. One was almost 2wks old, the other was a week old. Feeling sad about both losses

So sorry. It's hard and it does hurt. Maybe some aren't sad, but many of us are. They have little personalities and they're just starting out. Again, sorry.

Do you hv any electrolytes/vitamins (quik chik)? If not, I'd be happy to give you some, I have plenty.


As for those thinking of participating in the tour, I guess I'm a nervous nelly. One I don't like strangers knowing how to get in my backyard and what it looks like. Second, don't let anyone use the bathrm, even if they got a kid jumping up and down. I'm just not a very trustful person with total strangers anymore (with good reasons).

I would say 99% of the people trotting around looking at chickens & coops are doing just that and loving it and appreciating the sharing (I would like to be one of them),

but it just takes one friend that is brought along that is an opportuntistic...
