Utah!

Blu that is so tempting, but what would I do with 25 plus banties. I totally could use about 2-3 more running around, I love my 2 tiny's that I have right now, they are so fun. If you find someone wanting to go in on it, I will buy a few if you want to order.
I would but we are moving and can't have that many....It is a good deal, you could sell the cute little things easily and make some money though.

Silly, I ended up just buying another Brinsea Mini Advance. I have been happy with mine. I got it through amazon Prime, and paid the extra money to have it overnighted, so it was a grand total of $152 or so.

I am so glad that I'm not that interested in bantams, so that sale isn't too tempting to me.

It looks like I'll be going to spanish fork again today. If anyone wants me to do a northbound chicken train, I'm available.

OMG, so I called, I just wanted to know how much it is with shipping, because I really want a Light Brahma, it would only be $35.00 total for all 25 bantams and my 2 light Brahma's. I wonder how hard it would be to sell them off?

I would think it would be easy to sell off...alot of people like the bantams.

Thanks all. Cymthia, it's taken so long because she (the ex) is dragging it out. Funny how quick she was to file for the divorce, though. I think she is doing a lot of this out of spite. She knows we are interested in each other, and by dang, she should be the only one that's allowed to have boyfriends amd be happy!

Anyone want to babysit my chickens for a couple of days while I disappear? Or maybe a few months?
I would, for you Red, however I'm juggling chickens as it is. Finally had a couple come get their 6 guinea keets I was holding until they got done moving!!

Space is a luxury around here right now!!

How would you disappear?? What about your job?? Geez, wish I could help!!

Okay, so I ordered because I wanted a Brahma, and Brian wanted 6 standards so I will have 32 babies coming here on Friday morning. So exciting. Never ordered chicks before. I got them all vaccinated. So if anyone wants a Bantam, let me know! I will have plenty to share.

Here's 7 finished runs of the 11 planned.

The Orp's run.... later the different colors will be separated apart for breeding purposes. Please ignore the 'junk'. After the rain all sorts of stuff showed up while they were scratching. Need to get in and clean up!!

The BA run. Of course they are camera shy!! Standing in the back when they saw the camera...lol.

This is the guinea pen which is housing a couple extra roosters right now. They free range during the day.

And the indoor, extra brooders that I have been frantically building to ease the space problem. One is finished and not so good, the other is perfect, although unfinished yet. I learned from the mistakes on the first one.

Will finish this one tomorrow.... way too tired today!!!!

Should go take a nap but need to be at the Duchesne County Fair in an hour. Need to see the poultry that was brought in for showing. This year I didn't enter anything (too afraid of disease and losing one of my breeders) but next year Desert Springs Farms is going to slam them with SQ Blue, Lav, Choc, Black and Buff Orps, Barred Hollands, SQ Wels, pure SQ AMs, SQ BAs and hoping some SQ Dels!!

Next posting I hope to put up pics!!! Of the Icelandics, multi colored Orps (have a Lav that turned out to be a Splash!!), some chicks and the newest.... This weeks hatch: Buff Orps from my breeding stock. Also, for Casa.... the Blehm roos!!!! And your Blue roo I snagged from you Casa. They turned out gorgeous. Also have a solid white SQ AM roo that is turning out nice!!!!! I am now afloat in roos (it was a miracle but the Law of Averages finally happened and I'm looking at a ton of roos!! No more traveling for me to obtain those hard to find SQ roos!!!

) and will be offering some extras here soon. What doesn't sell here or on KSL.com will be going to freezer camp. I'm going to grow them out fully first to establish my higher quality breeders, so no quick decisions. It will be an expensive winter until my breeders are chosen...ugh

. The feed store bill reminds me of the National Debt

. I know they must be planning on a bigger house with me having a hatchery two miles away from their store.....lol.

Red, stay strong.... you're not alone GF!!!

Sara you want a few babies. Hahaha, anyone on here will be at cost for each chick. I wonder if I could sell them off on KSL for $5.00 each per chick, I did get them all vaccinated. I did ask her want would be in the assortment. She said they currently have about 25 different breeds, plus all their different colors that could possibly be in my mystery box of tiny's. She said that they will try to put at least 2 of each breed in the box, maybe more or less, just depends on the packer. At least I will know my Brahmas, and Brian's chicks from all the tiny's. I'm really hoping there is a frizzle.

Now is there anything special that I should get for these tiny's coming from a hatchery? Like vitamins or anything for their water? Will they be okay with the pullet chick starter or should I run down and get a bag of smash? Guess I need to go dig out my 250 watt heater bulb. hahaha,

Now to break the news to my DH, that his wife is totally a nutty, crazy, insane chicken lady!
