She is adorable!This is the silkie I got from that guy in Provo. She's cute(at least I hope it's a she lol). The ones he's selling would have been from her same hatching. Also, that guy wasn't rude to me, but we just conversed through text.... and I actually didn't ask much, so maybe that's why lol

Sorry that you were treated so rudelythat's not cool. I was tempted to take the last few that he had, just to give them a better home.... but I know how my hubs would feel about that lol plus, if I was going to do that, I'd only give him $5 a piece for them.

It was hard to hear him talk to me like that when he doesent even know me and I know I am a nice person, and all I was doing was asking him questions and he made me out to be a desperate demanding person who didnt have a life and had nothing better to do then to waste ppl's time. Thats how he put it I rarely encounter people like this so it just kinda hit me hard for a while today especially with my pregnancy hormones already making me sensitive. Part of me wanted to break down in tears while the other part of me wanted to let loose on him lol. But I held back and tried to be the better person and it was really hard. I am trying to learn to let it go though and not let it effect me. I swear some people are just so bored or unhappy with their lives that they cant find anything better to do then to put others down. It seemed like it came natural to him, like he does it all the time and didnt feel bad at all.

congrats on the pregnancy!and yes, some people just don't even care how they treat people. But honestly, if I were him, and I have been trying to sell these silkies for the last month.... I'd be trying to close a deal! especially since he was saying last week that he was going to have more silkies soon (from hatching), that's why he dropped the price to $5. I'm like you though... (however, without the pregnancy hormones lol) I'm really sensitive to how people treat me, especially when they don't know me (it's worse when they do know me, and still treat me like crap.... sad to say, my husband lost a really old high school friend because he didn't like how his friends' wife treated me...).

im definitely sticking with byc from now on. I just couldn't believe he'd be so mean to me just because I was asking questions. You should definitely call or better yet text him Cynthia like he says he prefers in his ad and see if he tries it with you lol. Well now I can see why he prefers texts, so he feels braver when picking on people when he doesent have to see/hear them directly.
