I'm going from Cedar Hills to Ogden for my sister inlaws wedding on Saturday. I have to be there around 3:30 to take photos, so they would have to come to me to pick up. I don't have much time to play around.


On that note, I still would like to find a way to get about 6 Maran Eggs from Lisa in hopes of getting a Splash, I do have the one Silkie that is still sitting, for 2 weeks now. Not sure if she will take the eggs. But its a gamble I guess.

Positive note, the other Silkie was outside all day long, and both the Cochin and the Silkie was momma to all 4 chicks. Cochin is for sure Momma Hen, but she is letting the Silkie help. so that problem solved.

Gary, I posted photos of your Grandbabies with the momma's out for the first time. They are just so dang cute with a momma hen. They were outside all day long.

Karen keep an eye on that lighter colored one it will be really pretty. I have one that looks like your blue with the dark blue stripe, curious to how it will mature out.

All these splash silkie pics have me wondering about my little fluffy, favorite splash

...there is definitely a comb but it's not super wide and there's no sign of waddles yet... I've been telling myself boy because I'd rather end up with a happy surprise than disappointment. Don't tell anyone...but secretly...I would love it if he's a she!
