Hattie is coming to IF, when?? With what kinds of chicks??? I'm going to have to throw caution to the wind and probably get some more chicks and worry about what to do with them all later=) LOL!!! Those Amer are too pretty, Lisa, and the BLRW's, ack!!! Any of the teens boys?? I think my mom is going to need a new roo.... And phoenix, those are really pretty birds.... again, I think I need at least one of each different kind/color variation!!

Phoenix, Azriel wrote back and said the red saddle feathers do make her think boy but to hang in there because her boys are all crowing fro about two weeks now. And that they stand a lot more upright and yours seems more pullet-ish in posture. So maybe still! I asked her if she is still selling eggs, will let you know her answer.

Daloorashens, I think my BLRW are now sold to Hattie's sister and I do not know if I will have more Ameraucanas, will let you know! I need 6 for people here in town. Chicken shuttle madness, it is so fun. Thank you Hattie!

Daloorashens---I do not think I have any more boys yet to re-home. One of my black ameraucanas may be a boy but I want to wait to be sure, I have re-homed two prematurely that were really girls

Phoenix if you had any for her I could take something with me when I meet Hattie....

She is a little harder to get a good pic of. The only one in this pic that has crowed is the little one in the front.

I wondered if that was my splash..she is looking so pretty, and will get even more pretty! Love her! Look at that sweet face..hope she is as sweet as she looks! lol... I know how that can go!

Phoenix Azriel answered, says she is still selling hatching eggs and said the cooler weather is making them lay like crazy And she said the roo if it is indeed a roo looks very worthy of breeding due to the feather coloring, neck size and beard/muffs. But it may still surprise you.!

Here are pictures of my poor little Exchequers. One is very tiny, I helped out yesterday..but doing well. I tried to get pics of the two together so you could see the difference. At least you can see the coloring, they are pretty.
Lisa, I don't have any pure Ameraucanas right now, just the EE's that will lay blue eggs.

Tiny, pooped on my floor, really didn't expect that from her, she just hatched last night, good sign that she is doing well though!

Cynthia has the low down on all the good places to get eggs. I have been really happy with the qcu eggs, and Azriel's eggs seem to be hatching pretty good. Maybe you could get a good deal on eggs from her after the rooster incident....I have seen them for sale on here. That little splash that looks like a girl should give you blue eggs, she came from a blue egg too

I am after phoenix eggs. Just not sure if I risk hatching shipped eggs in my incubator

Ya all the roosters we have here that we got in February and march 15 have been crowing for a week or two. On that fact I have been calling it a her. But it is funny when the monster's little bantams crow she tares after them like telling them there to little to crow its pretty funny.
