Ok, now that's a political issue I can get behind, Speckled Hills. Thanks!
Man, if I wasn't full up on chicks right now, I'd take a couple of them from you, for sure. I'd love a Penedesenca, purely for variety. DarnitI can't believe how innundated Ogden is with chicks right now! I wanted a couple breeds (five chicks) from Sandhill and of course got my obligatorty 25 chick minimum. I have Crevocoeurs, Golden Spangled Hamburgs, and Black Pendescencas. No bites on KSL. I'm only asking $2/chick if anyone wants some!
Congrats, you two! I'm glad you had a fun time together. And DON'T YOU DO IT on the Delawares! *shakes finger* Pleeease, my sanity is hanging by a thread. As a side note, today Howard and I are celebrating our 16th anniversay!
Hmm, maybe I'll order Deleware eggs?![]()
Good gravy! I'm sorry you've had it so fun. And by fun, I mean awful, of courseSo let me tell you my egg nightmare........
Red--- I did not get Delawares, you can relax lol I was afraid to for myself as well, I know I would have wanted some.
Oh, Red, I'm sorry you lost another bird. That would be so frustrating! He wasn't your favorite though, right? I thought one of the mutts was your fav. I hope you can get that *^^%^* coon killed.
that darn cooni tell you i am about ready to camp out with your flock with a gun in hand.... do you know anyone with a trail camera that will loan it to you to try to get the thing on camera?![]()
Have any of you heard of the coup tours on June 23? Christy from Shadowbrook told me about it when I picked up a spare incubator from her. its where people in the
Salt lake Valley open up their coops and people drive around and see them, She was told to expect 300 cars. Crazy, sounds fun. If I can find a link with more information I will post ir. So I have a spare incubator now, tomorrow I will go back to post office to get my other eggs and we will see what happens. This chicken venture is taking over the part of the house that the cats don't. The incubators are on the kitchen table. Cats aren't allowed up there. My husband is wondering id pretty soon I'll have another venture that will move him out. I told him Nah I wouldn't do that I needed him to build me a bigger coop
