Ugh, you may not have been pushing for sympathy, but you definitely have it. It's so bizarre to me that he would add accessories, like the sticker and the neon lights, and at the same time, rip out panels and such. I can understand the body damage, that could've purely been an accident, but it's weird that he would improve it in silly ways, and then do such destructive things to it.

Cynthia---yes that black girl was one from the pair......she lays brown....and the olive egg picture I posted came from the other one. Those 2 black EE were the first ones I got from you! They day we first met And you had one too, then lost her.

Red-----total that sucker, get replacement cost. If you do fix it, it will be too hard to re-sell because of all that damage.! Poor girl I would be hopping mad about that......hope you get what you deserve, and get damages from that kid if you can for all this hassle! What a punk

Sphinx, you should put your webcam out there to spy on your girls, then you can see who lays what! I spy on mine. Wish my spycam would go online, we tried and cannot figure it out. But I watch from my PC and am hoping I will know who starts laying what egg and when....It has night vision so I can see who the heck is sleeping in nests.....my babies are doing it right now, the older teens stopped a week or two ago. I saw one baby on the roost last night, so hoping within a week or two the others will follow

Alright, I'm honestly not going for sympathy here. It's just that words fail me right now.





Found out the kid has a record. Put at least 7k new miles on it over the weekend. He added lots of fun stuff, like that sticker on the front window, neon lights around the rear plates, items of personal habit all over the inside. And a bunch of the panels have been ripped off, inside and out. I just can't even believe the damage on this thing. The guy at the shop estimated about 10k in body repair, just on the one side. And remember, the engine is smoking. When he started it up, it sounded rougher than when we had it.

So, something tells me we aren't getting this truck back

Your professional opinions, please? If it were your truck, would you want it fixed? Or would you hope for a replacement, instead?

So I plugged my new incubator in. Its really nice but apparently you need to be a rocket scientist to operate it. My genus son is coming over to help me set the alarms and temperatures. The eggs came today. I have 10 sizzles, 10 frizzled Americanas and 10 olive eggers. If you go by the chart that says the long eggs produce roosters and the round eggs produce hens. I have 6 roosters LOL and the rest are hens.

The babies that just hatched are doing great.I'll post pictures later

I went shopping to buy some new clothes for the cruise. you know its hard to find warmer clothes when the temperature is 95 degrees. Welcome everyone.

oh that needs to be totaled for sure! please tell me he is over 18...? that is so wrong thank you for the update red, and please keep us updated if you do not mind well in other news i have a girl that has gone broody, but she is a parrot and that is not fun at all! the egg has lots of blood on it, the poor girl its dangerous when a parrot goes broody, they just are not meant to lay very many eggs.

Birdman, holy cow! i did not even know that parrots could lay in captivity. Is it fertile, can she hatch it? Poor girl. Hope she feels better soon!

Oh yeah, I see that blue spot you were talking about. That is blue! All of those are a nice blue. I'm loving all of those eggs. And, are those Welie eggs, or Maran? I'm bad, bad memory if you already told me that you have Marans? Those are pretty dark eggs!
My black Ameauracana, is getting red in the face, I am hoping she will lay an egg as blue as yours! How fun it must be to go collect eggs!

The browns are from a Marans. The blue eggs make me smile every time. I hope yours are blue too!
