Utah!

Welcome Acemario! I'm on the border between Davis and Weber counties. I have fertile eggs, but I haven't separated into breeding pens yet so my eggs would be mixed breed, but you're welcome to some.

Red, loved your pictures.

Corvidae, good luck with your hatch.

Sundancenbare, you got your babies early! That's a ton of babies. I hope the four struggling ones feel better soon. I'm so glad the PO called you.

Trade results: Sundancenbare got two OE, I got 2 FBCM and an EE.

Sphinx, Oh man I was close, I was thinking you might have gotten a silkie after losing wubbzy, Way to have good self control :) Haha I bet you two had fun.

Donna left here with 5---all I had left for sale lol

Donna, glad they are doing well! They do have sweet temperaments, I really like these chicks :) I am glad they went to you. Lifetime supply of fresh mealies, a pretty sweet deal for those babies!
Will be excited to see how the eggs do, and your Welsummers too! Glad you found some!

Red you got any eggs in that bator yet? I bet you are dying to try it out!

Welcome Acemario! I am in Logan, but no roosters :(

Thanks for the welcome, everyone! I'm in the Logan area as well! Thank you so much for getting me in on the transportation train! :) I'm thinking of incubating about 20 or so (This is my first hatch!!!). What kind of cross-breeds do you all have? Is there any cons to having cross-breeds compared to pure-breds (egg production, temperment, etc?) Once again, thanks for the warm welcome!

Wow I picked a great time to come on! Look at those cute little BABIES! So many too. Sundance you are having way to much fun! Don't you have some incubating too?

Seriously I need to stay off of this site. It just makes me want to keep hatching chicks! Shessh!

Red you caved!!!

Acemario welcome! I'm in southern Utah.

I have eggs in lockdown. 11 look good out of the 17. Six look like they have liquid in the bottom.

I've never had that before. I decided to see if by keeping my humidity at what the instructions said would get me better hatches and it turns out that it made it worse. I've always kept the humidity lower. Cynthia you have always told me that.

Speaking of the chicken train, it looks like I'll be headed down to see Cynthia some time in the next few days here. If anyone needs something transported, please let me know and we'll see if we can work something out

Red..my eggs should be here tomorrow..that's what the tracking number says. When were you thinking of coming? I can wait until Tues. morning to set them. Yours won't have to be set real long..no P.O. handling! Only the gentle hands of Red.
