We have 4 baby button quail that hatched last night. They are soooo cute and very tiny. I'll post pictures later. Anyone looking?

Crud, Donna said something and I was going to comment on it, but I forgot what it was. I'm on lunch at work so I'll have to look later.

We had a scare this morning. I was getting ready for work and my mom says, "An animal control truck just drove by slowly with its lights on. It said West Valley on the side."

This was NOT helping anything, so I went out and locked the garage before leaving. I figured that if some neighbor was a jerk and called AC on me to get my chickens taken away, they weren't going to be getting into the garage and disturbing my broody. Right before I left, my mom said, "I saw it again. It wasn't animal control - it was just public works."

For $29, you get a $20 walmart gift card (which we would all use anyway for groceries and whatnot), a ONE YEAR pass to seven Peaks, plus admission to see Grizzly hockey. ???? We bought one like this last year, and it was awesome, and it was for ONE DAY at Seven Peaks. This is for a whole year. Just saying, you guys with kids, this is the deal of all deals So really after you spend your card on stuff you would already be buying at Walmart, the deal is $9 per person, and you can buy up to 20---so it is a good Easter basket gift for the kids/grandkids for sure.
