Utah!

So those of you that have silkies. Is it true they wont go up a ramp?
Mine go up the ramp just fine. Its coming down they dont care for. They will jump the last foot or so. They can actual fly/hop higher then people think. My nesting boxes are about 12" off of the floor and they have no problem getting into them.

Oh my gosh, talk about scary. So I just got up from bed to answer the door (been trying to catch up on rest this weekend) It was our buddy Jed on here, who lives close to me. I started talking to him, then felt really dizzy and sick, so I sat down on the chair behind me. I passed out! I think I was out for a minute, then woke up and he was still standing there. I asked if I'd fallen asleep and he said yes. I'm so glad it was Jed and not some stranger!

I've gotten a head rush before from jumping up out of bed to do something like answer the door, but it has never been anywhere near that bad! When I woke back up, it sounded like my and Jed's voices were in a tin can and coming from far away. Felt so absolutely sick. I think I am going to lay down for a while yet and give my body a chance to recover. I don't know what's going on.
I get dizzy, vertigo, have balance issues and tend to fall easily. But never have passed out, take it easy and get checked out soon. Could be something simple but better to get it checked out than wait.

Red you need to go to a Dr. Period. There could be several things going on that need attention, This has been going on for a while. Please go have a checkup

I was thinking of a coop like this for the silkies

I love that coop. I was thinking it would be perfect for my seramas. Good news. My broody Serama hatched a baby last night. She is all proud of herself. Funny thing, the other Serama was in the nest with her today like she was sharing the baby. They bothe puffed up and clucked at me when I checked. She has 3 more to go. No pips. The thing is she is so small that she might have not been able to keep them all warm. The egg that hatched was a frizzled Easter egger. Pictures to come

I Think it will make a nice little coop for the monsters silkies and show girls if she gets them.

Can't wait for pictures.

The little Serama I got from you is doing well with my other babies. It's like they had all hatched together. She snuggles right up with them.

Sundance, that's so cute with the Seramas.

I know I should go to the doctor. But I hate going. And I hate it when they don't know what's going on. I guess I need to make an appointment soon.

Sphinx--

If you are around, we are going up to the land tomorrow afternoon and will be back Tuesday afternoon--I could bring down one of the Cream Legbar Roos if you still want one. Only prob is that I can't keep it at the house at all--he'd have to be gone Tuesday night or the neighbors will have a serious cow! If you can come get him Tuesday though, I could do that. I'm actually going up to the land on the same schedule next week, if that works better for you.
