I would just contact them to see, it can't hurt and maybe you will make a new friend if its not who you think it is. As for the breeding, I can't help you out with any of that. Brand new, so I only know the people on here, and my neighbor down the street who has chickens.Feeling upset. I think I found the business of a friend, another poultry enthusiast I used to know. But I'm not sure and am afraid to contact her. Sad. I don't have contact with old friends like that.
Had our FFA awards banquet tonight. Was nice for me, had a good time!
Also got a reply tonight on Polish breeders... No one nearby. Wish I had the booklet of breeders, really want to find some Orpington breeders. Buff Brahmas would be better but I've labelled that impossible, was told the nearest breeder is in California... Yikes.

Thought I would post this link for you guys too. A BYC interactive member map! If you are interested we would love to see your dot added. A member named Ken started this map and it has been in use for a while in the Tx thread.
You keep chickens at Wheeler farm? That is awesome. I was actually thinking of calling up there to see if they might want one of my Roosters. They are some kind of Cochin Mix, maybe even a Brahma Mix, don't know, they just have feathered legs/feet. I know for sure one is a Roo, and I'm really questioning 2 others. They are almost 6 weeks old. And I'm going to have to start looking for a new home before they start waking everyone up.Added myself to the map!
I had a bit of a scare at Wheeler. My two groups of seperated chickens? The divider fell down and they merged... Dynamite and Ruby were both picked on, especially Ruby. I fixed it immediately and took precautions, babied them for an hour, made sure Lilifey was nice... Fixed, but I feel horrible... Sold my two more aggressive hens though, so we should be ok... Mozart only picks on the cute little bantam roo, strangely.
Added two more eggs to the incubator.
Still wishing I could get Orpington eggs. xD MUST HAVE ORPINGTON BRAHMA CROSS. Bleh. xD But unless I get eggs this year, forget it. Can't happen for another 5 years or something....
