Utah!

Silly, losing eggs does happen, sadly, and it's not necessarily something you did. That being said - Not Zoey! I love that name.

Cynthia, I think I know what bush you are talking about. It is very pretty. It's the one with the fuschia blossoms, right?

One of my cockerels can't stand up this morning. Doing some research to see what could be going on.

It's a tree..here, I have a photo of all three of us standing in front of it the year Austin graduated Seminary. It's leaves are still that dark purple color. I kept trimming it as it grew, I didn't want it real large, but it's gotten bigger since this photo!

This is what the tree looks like in Spring. Just copied one from somewhere else.

Karen...i just checked some of my eggs and i only see chicks in the 2 bantams also. It must be the winter, not the right time to breed i guess. The brown ones you have are probable going to be sex links if they hatch, unless my Silkie rooster has managed to fertilize the BLRW. That would be a really neat looking bird.

All of them?! Lisa... don't jinx me like that!!! :) The two Marans look slightly different... haha. Am I just dreaming? Sphynx? Any input (and when I say input I mean hope)?

Hi madchicken!!

Was just scanning the latest on BYC and saw your post. The lake has melted so no ice fishing right now. I haven't been fishing this winter; have several ill relatives that have kept me traveling plus have a husband in the Huntsman Center right now.

Cynthia, I apologize. I didn't remember that it was a tree. All I know is that it's gorgeous and I wouldn't mind having one of those. Do you know what it is?

So good to "see" you.

My little roo is now standing some of the time, but he's still struggling. He's my youngest Icelandic boy - about 5 to 5 1/2 months old. He's all dark and silver and mottled and just beautiful, and very friendly, too! I'll be working with him for a little while, of course. I can't let him go until I know he's suffering and there's nothing I can do to help. There is a possibility it could be Marek's, but I am hoping that it is just a deficiency with his diet. Time will tell.
