So today is day 18, I candled the 2 Bantam Eggs, I'm pretty sure the other 2 regular eggs quit. But I'm leaving them to make sure. But their is movement, at least I think their is movement in there. They are so dark, except the big clear air sack at the top its hard to tell.![]()
So I'm getting ready to lock them down. Is there anything I should put on the wire? Should I put down paper towels, or I could even put down that foaming shelf liner stuff. I have a whole roll, or are they okay on the wire?
Wow that is a lot of eggs. I think I want to try hatching out some OE and I need a true Blue egg. But I have no idea what I would do with 36 chicks. If I get my 2 Bantam Eggs to hatch out, I might be shopping around for some more eggs to try again. But I can't add that many to my flock, we are already at 18. LOL But I totally need to do this again!Just put 36 beautiful eggs from Sphinx in the incubator. This will only be my second setting in the incubator but the first one went good.
