Utah!

Anyone have valley quail or snowflake bobwhite pairs. I am looking for some. PM me if you have some and we can work it out.

Thanks Acemario! :D

So far in the brooder I've got:
1 light brahma
1 barred rock
1 austrolorp
1 silver laced Wyandotte
4 super fluffy hatchery ameraucanas (Easter eggers) in 4 different colors - these are the fluffiest I've ever had!
1 golden laced cochin bantam
1 black silkie

And I hope to get 1 buff Orpington and 1 Rhode Island Red to round out my laying flock...and a few more pet bantams (Cochins and silkies!)
Oh and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these are all pullets lol!!! :fl
If you can't tell me and my hubby like a rainbow of chickens for the yard lol. ;)

They are all up in the corner cause I needed to get a decent pic of them in the brooder .

Nice! Sounds like a good melting pot!

Sphinx and or Ace, What do you have your turn interval set at in your Brinsea?

I have it set at 15 minutes and the angle is at #10...

Thanks for the welcome. I'm wondering what the likelihood is that we'll get in trouble with our chickens. I didn't know if anyone would know?

I had the priviledge of meeting hgillins and his family. They came to get some fertile eggs to hatch. Their baby is so cute and just loves chickens
Thanks again for the eggs, and it was good meeting you too. My son really loves chickens. His first words were Mom, Dad, This, and Chicken.

Sorry I don't know why it will only load sideways, and won't rotate.

Anyone want some wild turkeys? I guess there are a few wild turkeys that are roaming a Retirement Home in Pleasant Grove, Mom with chicks, and all the chicks has been ran over by cars, and there might be one left, but the 2 adults need to be re-homed I guess. I don't know, just someone I know Facebooked me and asked if a I wanted a white turkey tom and mother with maybe some chicks, not sure if there is any left.

I went to IFA to get my first flock. I live with two German Shorthairs (retired hunters) so I picked some BIG Girls, two Jersey Giants, two Easter eggers one Egyptians, and couldn't resist two cochin. I trusted that young man that he knew a bit more than I did.

I think what I have is:
Two Giants
Two Cochins
One Egyptian
And one spunky sebright
We lost one chick
It's the giants/ee's that have me stumped.

awe
some, I will tell her and get back with you on a way to get it down your direction.

Need to get eggs from Sundance, anybody coming this direction in a week or so? Or as far as Ogden? Wendy does not live too far away if I could get them that far....

I'm showing houses in West Valley tomorrow, so I could pick some eggs up while i'm in the area.

Roy chickens; I know a couple people who keep chickens in Roy and haven't had any trouble, but I think it heavily depends on your neighbors. It's stupid because back in 2005, they were ok in small flocks. I will say that I looked at the animal control ordinance and the only thing it specifically said about chickens was that they couldn't go on other people's properties. However, in 2013, they tried to legalize both bees and chickens. Bees passed, chickens didn't (3:1 vote).

I thought this was so neat!

Wow your Sebright is so very tiny. Kind of funny seeing it in there with the bigger ones. Your EE's should have puffy cheeks even as adults. At least mine do.
