Utah!

I was actually thinking of something like that do with with my daughter would be fun. I was thinking the white one and the blue look really good. Do you think they are show quality? I wouldnt know where to look for a county fair though around us.

The country fairs are not nearly as picky as the poultry shows, normal breed characterisitics are followed but I know at ours they allow anything to be entered, and the ones that won best of breed followed the guidelines but there were not as many DQ's as I would have expected

Sundance, you do have a Marans. I had a dark egg hatch. There is a baby out there that has a white dot on the head, very small, and it is getting barred feathers. Do you have a Cukoo Marans? It's a girl too, no doubt. They are the ones that hatched last weekend..Fri. and Sat.

Iluv, didn't Gary sell you that last girl? That blue is looking good! When I went out this morning, my splash gave me the prettiest pose! I said, yes, now that's a silkie pose. She had that nice S shape going on. Going to be very pretty.

You should post recent pics of your splash Cynthia:) I have two splash im watching and I just listed one of them for sale because im 90% sure its a boy. But my other one im actually getting a better and better feeling that its a girl! The comb is still small and the crest is coming in alot more round and full. I pray its a girl! I reeeealy want my girl splash lol. I absolutely love this blue I got from you, she's so dang pretty :) And yes the last pic of the dark partridge is from Gary. He actually gave her to Amanda but she gave her to me after she picked up your babies :) Its comb is bigger then my other girls, but its body and crest is looking girlish so far. Im curious to see how fluffy it gets and what the color turns into as it matures.

Thats not true of the Salt Lake County fair. its a sanctioned meet for the American Bantam association. Tough show.
