Yep those Dumpies are just the cutest!  LOL
I just found out that I would have to order 25 chicks (one day olds) in order to get them in 2015.  They can't all be Dumpies but the place does offer many heritage type breeds and organic/natural types.  If anyone would be interested in sharing a shipment next spring I would be very happy to do the order.

But alas it is a long time until next spring!  LOL
Lisa I am tempted to replace my rooster with one of your one year old hens...do you have any Barred Rocks?  I am limited to only 6 hens here so if I am going to add the Dumpy next year it probably wouldn't be such a good idea  LOL

I do have just one, but Ruralpearls got dibs on it. I have three more 6 month old BR I am keeping, if I sell one I will let you know.

Let us know when you get ready to do your sandhill order, I have not had time to check the link out but may be interested in tacking a few chicks on there with yours! I want to do a Cackle order in late January/early February, so same thing if anyone wants anything from them. I wanted to this year but did not dare order 30 for myself, I would end up keeping them all haha :D

Red has lote of bard rock chicks, one of her hens went crazy and hatch 20 or so of them. Pm her she can tell you what she has left

It never occurred to me that you could get the Scott's Dumpy in the states, lol. Fun trivia for the day: "dumpy" means "short". The Scott's Grey is the "normal" version :) ie, no short legs.

Gary, yaaaaay!

ok im pretty sure my spalsh rooster has other colors in him now . 1 chick has hatched and its not spalsh. It looks blue with silver tip's. its still wet but i will get a picture as soon as it is up and moving and i move it to the brooder.
