Utah!

Well I don't know what they are, its kind of frustrating, at least they are gorgeous to look at. Really I'm not going to keep the black on, unless I decided to rehome my black/partridge looking on that is going to be 2 next May. I don't need 4 Broody Silkies next year. I think when the next one goes Broody I'm going to have to make a trip up to Lisa or meet her to get some Maran eggs. I need a new batch for next year. My only girl will be 2 this spring, and she doesn't lay very well because she is a special needs girl.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T NEED 4 BRODDY'S NEXT YEAR! Just think of the possibilities! You can hatch anything you want and you don't have look at the eggs from the time you set them until the hatch. You don't have to worry about heat, humidity. power failure, and the all night er making sure every little egg makes it. You can hatch pheasants, ducks, quail, chickens, geese, the list goes on! And you don't have to worry about anything! Did i mention i have chicks. I have the cutest little Sizzle! It has more beard then any Silkie i have every seen and its wing feathers are starting to curl already at 5 days

I know, I know, but I don't have a rooster, I WANT or I should say I NEED on really bad. I need to move to where I can have some sheep and a Rooster. And a Sizzle, OMG, I want, I want, but I don't want a baby all by itself, and I don't really know where I would put one right now. Where I usually have my Brooder, I have a bunch of inventory right now. But I do need a frizzle or a sizzle one of these days.

Funny you should say that.

I have 8 sizzle eggs in right now for the hatch along. They are developing. :)

A self blue?  :bow

Pretty sure self blue is basically lavender :)
Gary, I thought this pretty light one I got from you might be one cause it's all the same color and splash typically has a little yellow mixed in but I'm changing my vote anyway to splash because I'm already seeing tiny dark flicks in it's fuzz and starting to come in on the primary feathers. I'm betting it'll be a lighter washed out splash, almost self blue. So cute! This other fluff ball is just adorable, I absolutely love it. Reminds me of a fluffy bear lol. Basing off the pics you posted I was hoping my suspicions were right and now that I looked it over in detail I'm still thinkin it is. I'm betting it has both the blue and buff gene, and I'm really thinking it to is going to be a version of porcelain! It has a light blue base with the darker brown over it but the base on parts of it is clearly blue and looking at the primary feathering coming in, I can see silver wing tips! And buff colors mixed in. I really am betting it's going to be a pretty darker porcelain. I am excited to see over the next few weeks! Thanks again for my new babies :)

Hi my name is Lisa, I haven't posted on here for quite some time but... About a week before thanksgiving I thought someone stole my midget white Turkey hen, we'll last week she reappeared then give again so a few days later she reappeared again, but this time i followed her. She goes over the fence to the neighbors front window well, so now iknow she laying on eggs which is kinda shocking since she was just hatched this spring, but iwent to get her yesterday and this time I heard some little cheeps, so i figured she hatched one or two, nope 10 with two more peeping. So after making my long story longer, I have some midget white Turkey chicks
