Well my husband setup an email address sillycmoy in 1999 when we were first dating, because that was back in the world of AOL and he hated that I had an AOL account. So it just has stuck. I do have other groups that I go by littleidiot HeHee..

They had a bunch of naked necks at the Ogden IFA. There was a nice mix of blacks and whites and they were all active with clear eyes and no pasty butt. The ages looks like anything from 3 days up to maybe 2 weeks.

My girls are making more than I can eat so she's welcome to a bunch of mine. I can also drive them up Sunday or Monday if that helps.

RedIII - the egg hunt makes it Easter all year long My girls free range on our acre and try to hide eggs. The young ones aren't too sneaky but that game hen of mine!

I went to IFA yesterday and had to look at the babies. None came home with me but I'm thinking I might have to go back. The jersey Giants are tempting me!

I'm willing... Dizzy is something that's followed me for decades because of some of the dumb things I've done and witch because my birthday is on Halloween.

Latest dumb thing... I have four little IFA babies now living in my bathtub. Do I need more chickens? No but the pull of the jersey Giants was huge and the little baby naked necks were just so darn cute! I'm blaming it on the Easter Bunny.

I'll have you know that my mom would be jealous of your birthday She loves Halloween and wishes it was her birthday.

Hello. I'm new on BYC. However, this might sound creepy, but I have been following this thread for several months. My mom just wouldn't let me get an account until now. We live in Northern Utah
We got our 6 chicks last spring, the week after Easter. Through a series of unfortunate events, leaving 3 dead, we had 7 chickens. This morning we went to an Easter egg hunt, came back an hour later to find our neighbors dog had dug a hole under the fence, and killed 3 of our chickens. Of course it had to kill our only chickens that layed the green, white, and dark brown eggs. Stupid dog.
We have decided to get chicks to replace the 3 lost earlier today. We are wondering if anyone on here would be willing to sell us some of their chicks. I know with it being Easter and spring there are lots of chicks. If anyone would be willing, could you just send me a private message, or reply to this thread.

Oh Thank you! my mom said that would be great. Let me private message you. Update: We have discovered one of our other hens has deep wounds, has been really lethargic, and doesn't seem like she will make it.
