My broody has hatched 2 baby seremas! I'm hoping the 3 silkie eggs will still hatch... tomorrow is official hatch day! (These were Brians' eggs that were put under her).

I just stopped by IFA to get a water dispenser for my meat chickens. Ended up with 4 ameraucana chicks from the American Fork IFA. I'm sick people. I can't stop.

I highly suspect 3 of my bantam EE are roos and none of them have the pea comb so... Yeah. Our over zealous buying of chicks was probably the way to go.

sidewing..no photos..I was back in the hospital yesterday for a test. He is crowing louder now with it on than before, but, I really believe it keeps him from crowing for long periods of time. He only crows about 5 times in the morning, I never know what time that will be. And I would say, once or twice in the day..like once, once or twice a day. Not too bad. He is getting some of the girls now, but still runs from them too..when it's food time. I now have fertile sexlink eggs from him. Wonder what I would get from that. Good egg layers for sure.
