Oftentimes, feather picking also means that they don't have enough room or have a nutrient deficiency. If you can't give them more room, maybe try hanging a head of cabbage to reduce boredom. Our ladies LOVE cabbage. Beware though, purple cabbage turns their poops neon colors.
