Utah!

Hi gamebirdsonly! I've bought eggs from you.

It was about a year and a half ago.

Aren't you on the border of Idaho?

Does anyone near the Utah Valley area have any peahens, peachicks, or peacock hatching eggs for sale? I've secretly been reading and looking into raising peacocks for a few months and am really wanting to get a peahen.....

Oh, those BLRW are soooooo pretty!!!! I can't wait for mine to grow up. I hope your hatch goes well.C

Chicko, I want peacocks/peahens so bad! DH say he'll have me committed if I try. I noticed someone on KSL selling some a couple weeks ago, but I tried to not look at the ad too closely so I wouldn't be tempted.

Cynthia, I'm sorry but I didn't get a chance to take pictures of my chicks today. It was such a crazy day. Tomorrow should be a little better.

Hey Hector, check it out! My little white chick is getting feather bloomers. Yeeeeah I'm excited

(If you have no idea what I mean by "feather bloomers", that's what I call it when hens have a lot of poof around their legs. It reminds me of old lady bloomers)

Feather bloomers, another way of sexing the older chick? I have noticed on my lavender cochin bantams that I've been wondering about have that fluffy little bloomer skirt. They are too cute/pretty.

Oh, heck, gamebirdsonly, at this point I would give away eggs, we are so overrun with them! Or, if you want to wait until they hatch out, you could have your pick of the chicks!
