Cynthia, I have Blue Wheaten boy from the hatch that included your girl. If he wants him let him know my number. I do have a place for him if I do not have another buyer, but it would be good to have hum go to someone who really appreciates him!

Hello people Long time since I've been here, lots on my mind, anyways, Anybody been affected by these crazy fires? There's been so many all over the state and it's pretty scary. My grandma is super cautious, so she's already got her stuff ready just in case Orem is evacuated 
This weather is horrible. I can barely bare it, and neither can my hens. I'm having to keep spraying the dirt in the pen with the hose to keep it nice and damp. I also spray the wooden fence around the pen, the surrounding grass, and the surrounding dirt. I spray the trees over the chicken pen, and lightly mist the hens I provide more loose dirt for dust-bathing and keep adding cold water...with ice cubes! Anyway, not sure if you all have seen my 2 ads on KSL, but I'm in need of 1-2 female ducks. If you have anything you'd like to get rid of, or sell, please PM me, thanks!

Just got back from a baptism. One of our granddaughters. My husband did the baptism. She looked so pretty.
Forgot my camera. :/ But, daughters were taking pictures, so, will have to steal some once they put them up on fb.

Here where I am, (Orem Mcdonald's on Center St.) , I can barely see the Mountains from all the smoke. It's hard for me to go outside, I have bad asthma and It's hard to breathe.

So some of you may remember Rocco's head being stripped clean. Well we figured out what was happening. While out in the yard, Sasha noticed Rocco's head appear to pull backwards out of the corner of her eye. She watched closer to see one of the hens grabbing hat feathers and pulling. The worst part was Rocco just sat there and let her pull, over and over. So the mystery of the missing feathers has been solved. Rocco has been separated from the hens for quite a while now and here are the before and after pictures of his head. Boy does it look interesting as the feathers start to grow back in.

Ewwwww! That looks so nasty. Poor Rocco. LOL it makes me laugh though! Should call him Medusa......
Oh my!
It's bizarre but I just can't look away. Poor Rocco, he looses his hair, the women don't like him anymore and he has to move in to his own place. A sad, bald, lonely bachelor.
Next thing you know he will be drinking waaay too much and and watching an unreasonable amount of sports on TV. I wonder if it is itchy.
