Thanks! Wow, you have come to know your Polish. If they lay like my leghorn, that would defiantly be a keeper. Plus the my kids would love it. I don't mind that my Miss Piggy isn't as friendly as the others, but she is friendly for a leghorn.
Polish lay nice size eggs? hmmm..sounding good. Now to get them to hatch, hope they aren't hard to hatch like the Silkies and showgirls. Oh, and I guess Marans.

Gee Sundance..I forgot that the eggs that I won will include two maran eggs...again. Just like last time, the gal threw in a couple of marna eggs..and I sold the two. Maybe you can wait and see if they hatch, then you could have those. They should be here tomorrow. Hope so, they are coming a ways. My polish are coming from Oregon. Not too far, and they are marked for shipping already. Now I am anxious now to see the size of the eggs. Will post a picture of them when they get here..and, the olive eggs that I get..I hope they are the dark ones.

Now, I have to look up the Tolbunt for fun.
Oh wow, they are a nice color. If you hatch some next spring..will have to see how they look. )

I have hatched 3 chicks so far out of the olive eggs I have. the 4 darkest biggest eggs are the ones that hatched. I have two Auracanas chicks and 3 frizzled americana chicks. will be interesting to see if the feathers curl. I also have 1 sizzle

Sundance--yes they come in both frizzle and smooth

There are smooth and frizzle in her flock. Illia's birds have a bit better coloring, but I can't remember if she had frizzle, I don't think so.

I have 2 white capped polish pullets for sale if anyone is interested they are about 8 weeks old. I bought some chicks to put under a broody hen I am keep 1 selling two. They have been sexed as pullets. Very friendly sweet beautiful chickens, I also have a blue Langsharm pullet for sale 8 weeks same thing she was under a broody hen as a day old

Those are pretty cute..only 6 eggs..bid is at 65 bucks! Wow. I can see the size now when they are out like that. Pretty good sized bird. Bigger than my Silkie girl.

LOVE all the pics of everyone's own cats and chickens... those polish really are amazing looking birds, fun to have some ornamental ones like that... fortunately, I'm not feeling overly tempted...

Lisa... awesome job on the nest boxes!! I also like the idea of putting the frozen water bottles IN the next boxes... I'm going to try it!

Red... I use table scraps to get my chickens in, they LOVE it!! (just the stuff that is ok for them to eat, but it's always a variety, so they like it=) They'll come running to me as soon as they see me, even if I don't have anything... they smaller ones are learning from the bigger ones. One of the things they REALLY like is ham... I don't give them much, because of the salt, but they fight over that more than anything else, that and cheese=)

Sasha... I'll take your Blue Wheaten in the spring!! She is really pretty!

Speaking of shuttle... I decided to post this on here... I'm trying to get some chicks from Moriahquilts, she's in Lindon... anyone going that way anytime in the next couple of weeks?? My brother lives in Sandy area and is coming home the weekend of the 27th, he would bring them up with him, I know, and stop anywhere along the way to pick them up.... And there's always a chance we will go down to visit DH's fam...

Blujems, I also may rehome a couple.....I have 5 wheaten/blue wheatens......3 BWA from azriel and 2 WA from pawtraitart, I may give up one of each, but I want to see the eggs first lol You get first dibs if I do

I had a dream about Sasha's family last night, it was hysterical. They were selling us a house, it was not the house they have now, it was a weird house, leaning really bad to the side, and Sasha kept telling me it was straight up and down. It was so funny, I thought I was seeing things. then I went inside and everything was upside down. My husband says "no its not" Sasha says "no its not" so I am sure that I am losing my mind. Then I went outside, and it was my yard, my chickens were out there. Sasha says "no their not" then I went back inside, and it was my house. Sasha says "no its not" haha this went on for what seemed like hours in my dream. Everything just kept changing. When I woke up I was pretty happy it as over, so that I know I am not crazy. At least for the most part.....

Lisa, that was a CRAZY dream! I hope you didn't wake up thinking I'm some kind of scam artist.

I swear I wouldn't do that to you, or anybody! I would just let you think you were crazy, I wouldn't argue.

yes they are black with white hats. 2 months old. They came from a lady in PG who ordered them sexed pulletts I am keeping one of them and a gold laced polish as well
