Utterly Blessed Farm ~ Nigerian Dwarf Goats

I'm trying to be self-sufficient, a weather doesn't help me at this time- how well do goats ship?
I never even considered that would be possible! I guess overnight, guaranteed by morning.

Could you indulge me in answering some questions?

What are your high, low and average producers - produce in milk per day?

We use on average two gallon milk a week and are considering two Nigerians bred at 7 months apart to switch off milk and mother duty.

What is your average age to breed?

I am not interested in showing and FL is humid-hot so disbuding is not required for any goat I save up for. Are some of your goats Polled?

I'm looking up genetics -

Thank you very much, God bless.

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anybody could tell me at what age do i need to separate my Nigerian dwarf boy from his sister. I still need to make his pen next to theirs and i don't want to be late separating him. they were born march 11th.

You can seperate him anytime now. We had a buck this year that at two months old knew exactly how to be a buck. So 2-4 months old is a good time to seperate them.
