No they are pure Polish. Some just happen to have small crests

Your guess on the first one is right. She would be a great show bird!
The second and 3rd for sure are males. See how it stands taller? Go have a look at its tail. Does it have more feathers comeing in? Are they a bit different? His legs are thicker and I can even spurs are more prominent. The 3rd bird I can already see the long tail feathers comeing in (man feathers). So that is definent of being a rooster.
The 4th I am guessing Male also. Again the tail. Look at the picture of the female. Notice how rounded the tail feathers are? If you go look at any picture on the internet of a polish hen you will see their tail feathers are nice round a short.
Male tail feathers are slightly pointed. When they gain their full plumage they will have many pointy and long tail feathers.

Look at her tail and her basic shape. She has a nice rounded body. short stature and full crest

Look at his tail. See the extra feathers around the tail? A few of the feathers are more pointed. The tale is hiked up more and he stands very tall. His legs are thicker and the Wattles are more pronoun

The wattle thing kind of does matter. Roosters combs always grow faster then a female and are bigger. Hens are not supposed to be bigger then a nickel in the first year. After they reach that then they get bigger over age. Big wattles means rooster.
I have been to some shows and asked some breeders about it and thats what they told me

Another one is how bright red the faces are on the roosters. All the ones I said are roosters have big red faces. Young hens like I said dont start to turn read till after a year
